Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation invites electronic bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a water tank near the New Powder Magazine at Rukhla, PMDC Salt Mine located in Warcha, District Khushab, Federal Province. This civil works project is referenced as Tender Enquiry No. PMDC/Pro/Civil Works (WT)/Warcha/ and represents a significant infrastructure development at the corporation's operational facility. The scope of work includes full construction of the water tank as per detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications provided in Annex-A of the tender document, with all works to be executed to the highest quality standards and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective revenue boards for both income tax and sales tax, with active taxpayer status maintained. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 is required to be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft drawn on a scheduled bank in the name of Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation. The successful bidder will be required to deposit additional performance guarantee equivalent to 10 percent of the total contract value, with the bid security converted into security deposit and balance amount deposited to maintain the required security level throughout the contract period.

Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPAD on or before 30 June 2026 at 03:00 PM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 03:30 PM. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the AVP (Procurement) at PMDC Head Office, Plot No. 13, Sector H/9, Islamabad before the online submission deadline.
