Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation invites electronic bids for repair and renovation work of the souvenir shop at PMDC Tourist Resort Khwera in Khwera. This is an autonomous corporation under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. The tender scope includes comprehensive repair and renovation works as per detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications provided in Annex A. The total cost of the project is to be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. The location is at PMDC Tourist Resort Khwera in the Federal Territory.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 and valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective revenue boards for income tax and sales tax. Bidders must be on the active taxpayer list for both income and sales tax. A bid security of Rs. 75,000 in the form of a demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank is required and must be submitted along with the electronic bid. The successful contractor will be required to deposit a security deposit equivalent to ten percent of the total contract value.
Bidding documents are available for download free of cost from the EPAD-PPRA website at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 30 June 2026 at 12:00 PM using EPAD, with the original bid security instrument submitted to the undersigned before the online deadline. Tender opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of participating tenderers. For technical difficulties with EPAD, contact the PPRA Office at 051-111-137-237.
