Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the supply of one concrete mixer machine and one portable engine driven sludge pump alongwith accessories. The tender enquiry reference is LET/029/26 and is issued from the Federal region with delivery required to Lahore. The procuring entity reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by 15 percent or cancel items without assigning reason. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Bidders must submit earnest money in original form as a bank draft, pay order, or bid bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and evaluation criteria are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders are required to submit their quotations in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies including sales tax, based on the delivery schedule and specifications provided in the tender documents. The bid must remain open for 90 days from the closing date.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS on or before 30.06.26 till 1430 hours. Both original and duplicate sealed bids must be submitted to the Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore by 1430 hours on 30.06.26, and will be publicly opened on the same day at 1500 hours.
