Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from reputed production firms, media houses, production houses, general order suppliers and printers for engagement during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses production of audio visual contents including documentaries, songs, promos, telefilms and dramas in HD format, development of AI and CGI generated visual contents, development and fabrication of exhibitional and promotional articles including souvenirs, and development of publishing and printing materials such as books, brochures and pamphlets for maritime awareness purposes. The tender is issued by the Directorate of Public Relations at Naval Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan.
Eligibility criteria require media and production houses to possess current NTN registration and valid professional tax registration for the financial year 2026-27. Alternatively, suppliers and printers engaged in development, printing and publishing must maintain active GST and NTN registration with the Government of Pakistan for year 2026-27. Prospective bidders are advised to obtain detailed criteria and further information from the Directorate of Public Relations (Navy) during working hours between 0900 and 1100 hours on any weekday prior to the tender closing date. Bidders should prepare standard rate quotations for expertise and services to be offered to Pakistan Navy, and selected firms will be engaged on various projects as per requirements throughout the financial year.
Technical and financial quotations must be submitted separately along with copies of applicable registration documents to PR Directorate at Naval Headquarters before 1030 AM on 30 June 2026. Technical quotations will be opened on the same day at 1100 AM in the presence of tenderer representatives. Incomplete technical quotations that do not meet tender criteria will not be evaluated. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules.
