Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), through its Infrastructure Department located at Gadaffi Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Punjab, invites prequalification applications from civil contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 and above for repair, maintenance and allied works at PCB stadia and facilities nationwide. This prequalification exercise is designed to establish a panel of qualified contractors capable of executing construction and maintenance projects across all PCB venues throughout Pakistan. The scope encompasses structural repairs, facility maintenance, and associated civil engineering works required to maintain PCB properties in optimal condition.
Eligible applicants must be civil contractors with valid Category C-6 or higher registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council. Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience in repair and maintenance works, possess valid registration certificates, and meet all financial and technical capability requirements outlined in the prequalification criteria. Applicants are required to submit comprehensive documentation including proof of registration, financial statements, equipment inventory, and details of past projects of similar nature and scale. All submissions must be accompanied by requisite powers of attorney and affidavits as specified in the bid documents.
