Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites bids for hiring lift operators to operate passenger lifts installed at the State Life Building in Rahim Yar Khan, Sindh province. This tender seeks experienced firms and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and enrolled on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), with proper office infrastructure and telephone facilities. The contract period is one year with commencement of work not later than seven days from the date of award letter. Bidders must be duly registered with e-PADS and eligible to handle lift operations in a commercial office environment.
Eligibility requirements include Income Tax Department registration and FBR Active Taxpayer status. A bid security of PKR 35,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft is mandatory at submission. Performance security equivalent to five percent of the quoted rate must be submitted upon contract award. The tender validity period is 180 days from the submission date. Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and submitted exclusively through E-PADS on or before 8 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid documents along with original bid security and hard copies must also be submitted to the In-charge of the Real Estate Department, 7th floor, State Life Building, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad by the same deadline.
