Description / Scope of Work
Tribal Area Electric Supply Company (TESCO) invites sealed bids through E-PAD electronic platform from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2025-26. This invitation covers seven separate construction and electrical engineering works contracts valued between PKR 1.554 million and PKR 13.933 million, including vehicle parking shed construction at XEN GSC Division Industrial Estate in Peshawar, foundation construction for line bay equipment at 132KV grid stations (Munda and Khar Bajour), extension of existing 11KV panel rooms, transmission line material shifting and stringing operations, power transformer installation and energization, and rehabilitation of construction office facilities in Peshawar. The total estimated contract value across all tenders is approximately PKR 58.25 million. All works are located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province with primary focus on Peshawar and Khar Bajour grid station infrastructure development.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid renewal for 2025-26 in relevant categories (CE-10, EE-02, EE-04, EE-05). Bidders are required to demonstrate relevant experience in power sector from DISCOs, NTDC, or PPMC with minimum two satisfactory work orders for similar nature of works. Priority is given to bidders submitting at least two satisfactory performance certificates from TESCO itself. Each bidder must submit 5% bid security in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank in favour of XEN GSC TESCO Peshawar. Additional 8% bid security is required if the quoted bid is 10% below engineer estimate. Tender entry fee of Rs. 3,000 is mandatory and non-refundable, submitted as separate CDR.
Complete bidding documents are available for download from E-PAD version 2 until 29 June 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted on E-PAD version 0.2 with hard copies by 11:00 AM on 29 June 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of XEN GSC TESCO Division, Industrial Estate, Hayatabad Peshawar.
