Description / Scope of Work
National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids through a Single Stage One Envelope National Procedure for the supply of electronic components for power supply for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The tender is issued for manufacturers and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. Bidders may obtain the complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications from the office of the undersigned in Islamabad, located at Plot No. 23, Street No. 06, Sector H-9/1, on submission of a written request on the firm's letterhead along with payment of the tender fee of Rs. 2500/- (non-refundable). The invitation for bids is also available on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority portal at www.ppra.org.pk for easy reference and accessibility.
Eligible bidders must be registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan, payable as a Pay order, Demand Draft, or Call deposit. Bidders are required to submit their best and final prices as no negotiations on prices are permitted following submission. The bidding documents can be obtained between 1000 hours and 1600 hours on working days from the office of the undersigned.
The last date and time for submission of sealed bids is July 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bidders must ensure timely submission to avoid rejection. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in part or whole as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2004.
