Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), a government body under the Punjab administration, invites sealed bids for pre-qualification of travel agents offering local and international travel services. This procurement notice is issued to identify and register eligible travel agencies capable of providing comprehensive travel solutions. The pre-qualification document (POD) serves as the foundation for subsequent financial bids and contract award, ensuring that only competent and registered service providers participate in the tender process.
Interested companies and firms providing travel agent services must be registered with the relevant government authority to qualify for participation. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender cost of PKR 10,000 by way of pay order issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 90 days, drawn in favour of Ravi Urban Development Authority. The bid security and all submission requirements must be strictly adhered to as per RUDA regulations. Multiple submissions from a single firm will not be entertained, and incomplete or overwritten bids shall be summarily rejected.
The prequalification document is available from the Procurement Department of RUDA located at 151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore on any working day during office hours, or can be downloaded from the RUDA website at www.ruda.gov.pk/tenders. Sealed bids must be submitted at the RUDA office on or before 30th June 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Pre-qualified bidders will subsequently be invited for financial bids and quotations in accordance with RUDA regulations.
