National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Rawalpindi, Punjab invites prequalification applications from reputable and experienced IATA-accredited air travel agencies for provision of air ticketing services. The tender reference is MS/Proc/2026/54. The scope encompasses domestic and international air ticket reservations, issuance for all major airlines, flight revalidation and amendments, ticket cancellation and refund processing, emergency travel arrangements, hotel reservations, visa facilitation, travel insurance, itinerary planning, and round-the-clock 24/7/365 customer support on an as-needed basis. This is a framework agreement for recurring service provision.
Eligible firms must demonstrate a minimum of five years relevant experience as a registered travel agency, hold valid and active IATA membership, and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with compliance in both income and sales tax on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Firms must be capable of providing round-the-clock services throughout the year with reliable local and international ticketing solutions. Prequalification documents are available from the Office of Procurement Directorate at NUMS ATR Building, Adyala Road, near APS&C (Girls), Rawalpindi, against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 payable via pay order during working hours (0800–1600) from Friday 17th July 2026 to Monday 10th August 2026. Completed applications marked "Application for Prequalification of Air Travel Agency" must be delivered by 1000 hours on Monday, 10th August 2026.
