Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority (SPA) invites offers for engaging a Testing Services Agency to conduct selection tests for eligible candidates applying for various posts in Suthra Punjab Authority's North Region of Punjab. This procurement initiative covers recruitment examination services across multiple districts including Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Murree, Talagang, Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, and Bhaktar. The scope of work encompasses the complete selection test process for candidates competing for different positions within the authority. All registered Testing Service Providers and Agencies meeting the specified eligibility criteria are invited to participate in this competitive procurement process.
Prospective testing agencies must fulfill the detailed eligibility criteria and licensing requirements as outlined in the official documents available through the LWMC website at https://www.lwmc.com.pk free of cost. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted to participate in this procurement. Only individual registered Testing Service Providers and Agencies that satisfy the complete eligibility criteria and scope of work requirements as detailed in the tender documents are eligible to submit bids. The selection process will be based on eligibility criteria and rates proposed by participating agencies, with costs to be charged to the candidate as per the procurement framework.
All required documents must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and in full conformity with the specified requirements before submission by 11:00 Hours on or before July 1, 2026 through registered post or by hand delivery at the address provided below. As per government directive, the candidate selection process must be completed within one month following submission.
