The Municipal Corporation Sialkot invites tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for rehabilitation and repair of multiple streets and roads under the PPRA E-Tendering System. This procurement covers twelve distinct schemes across Sialkot city with a total estimated cost of Rs. 29.5 million, including major projects such as rehabilitation of Yaqoob Street Model Town (Rs. 4 million), Tile Mir Hassan Road Model Town (Rs. 2.5 million), Main Street Galaf Market Kotil Behram (Rs. 3 million), and Mian Street No 6 Boota Road Pacca Garha (Rs. 3.4 million). The scope encompasses street repairs, road rehabilitation, wall reconstruction, and infrastructure improvement across various residential and commercial areas in Sialkot, Punjab.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidding contractors and engineering firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and have valid registrations on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjabeprocure.gov.pk). Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost of their respective scheme, and all documentation must comply with Government of Punjab rules and PPRA guidelines. The tender process strictly adheres to PPRA procurement regulations, and any contractor submissions containing false information or non-compliance with requirements will be disqualified and blacklisted from future tendering processes.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA Punjab website. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS platform by the closing date of 27-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Municipal Corporation office. The tender reference URL is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx, and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website. Successful bidders must submit performance guarantees as per PPRA clause 56 and execute agreements on government stamp papers within seven days of acceptance.
