Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Attock invites sealed tenders from registered firms and companies for the supply and installation of hybrid solar systems, UPS inverters, and lithium battery systems. This tender notice 17/2025-2026 covers procurement of solar equipment with 20-25 years performance warranty, UPS battery systems with inverters, and lithium battery units for energy backup solutions in Attock, Punjab. The project scope includes complete supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all equipment with comprehensive operational and maintenance support. Eligible bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax with good reputation and active tax payer status. Tender security equivalent to 5% of the estimated project value must be submitted, and bidders cannot have been blacklisted by any government or autonomous body. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be followed as per PPRA rules 2014. All bids must be submitted through EPADS by 29 June 2026 at 10:00 AM in the prescribed format with Bank Draft as bid security. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the Committee Room of Sessions Courts, Attock. Bidders are required to quote prices inclusive of all taxes including GST and income tax.
