Framework Contracts for Medicines, Medical Gases, Lab Items and General Supplies FY 2026-27

DHQ Hospital Pakpattan invites sealed bids for framework contracts during the financial year 2026-27 covering twelve tender packages with a combined estimated value of approximately 144.5 million Pakistani rupees. The procurement includes local purchase of medicines (13.0 million), Sehat Sahulat Programme medicines (30.0 million), emergency local medicine purchases (9.0 million), biomedical gases supply (30.0 million), laboratory kits and disposables (10.0 million), lab reagents on running rate basis (5.0 million), radiology items (3.5 million), dental items (2.0 million), general store items (10.0 million), stationery items (5.0 million), printing items (5.0 million), and linen items (2.5 million). All supplies will be delivered to DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, District Pakpattan, Punjab.

Bidders must be legally and financially sound, not blacklisted by DHQ Hospital Pakpattan or Punjab Procuring Regulatory Authority (PPRA), and free from conflicts of interest. Each bid requires bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost of the respective tender package, submitted in the form of a bank certificate of deposit or demand draft in the name of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Pakpattan. Bidders shall provide an undertaking confirming they are not under declaration of blacklisting and meet all eligibility requirements under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal (https://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by 30th June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Original bid security instruments must be submitted physically in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, District Pakpattan, before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on 30th June 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the submission deadline as DHQ Hospital Pakpattan assumes no responsibility for technical issues.
