Description / Scope of Work
The Soil Fertility Research Institute, Punjab, Lahore, invites National Competitive Bidding for the procurement of base vehicles for the Mobile Lab Project 2026 (RFP No: ADP-2563). The project scope involves the purchase of light-duty 11-foot vans equipped with all facilities including power supply and electricity backup systems, along with customization and branding as per project requirements. The Mobile Laboratory initiative is established under the Soil Fertility Research Institute at the Rapid Soil Fertility Survey & Soil Testing Institute location on Multan Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Canal Road, Lahore, Punjab, and aims to enhance soil testing and fertility assessment capabilities across the region.
Qualified bidders must meet mandatory requirements including technical evaluation and knockout criteria as detailed in the Pre-Qualification Document. Applicants are required to demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects, possess adequate personnel capabilities, maintain appropriate equipment, and provide proof of sound financial position. Bidders must submit undertakings confirming correctness of information and non-blacklisting status. Manufacturers' authorization forms and litigation history documentation are mandatory components of the application. The evaluation process will assess qualifications across multiple criteria including experience, personnel capabilities, equipment capabilities, and financial capability as per the qualification score distribution framework.
