KLASH Social Security Hospital, Millat Town Faisalabad invites e-procurement bids for a framework contract to purchase printing and stationary supplies, small medical appliances, and chemicals for laboratory use during the financial year 2026-27. The tender is open to registered bidders with E-PADS registration and will be conducted through the PPRA e-procurement portal in Punjab. This framework contract procurement will supply essential operational and medical consumables to support the hospital's continued service delivery in Faisalabad.
Interested bidders must be registered with E-PADS and submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the total estimated price of quoted items in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent KLASH Social Security Hospital. Physical bid security documents must be deposited at the office of the Medical Superintendent on or before the tender closing date.
