Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Sahiwal Division, a public sector company incorporated under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites technical and financial proposals for the purchase of animal ear tags through a single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. The estimated contract value is PKR 9,500,000 for a frame contract for animal ear tags to be supplied to the Model Cattle Market in Arifwala, located on Qaboola Road in the Sahiwal division of Punjab. The procurement scope includes the supply of quality animal ear tags meeting specified standards and performance criteria as detailed in the bidding documents.
Elligibility for participation is restricted to suppliers, companies and firms registered on the E-PADS portal. The bid security requirement is set at 5 percent (PKR 475,000) of the estimated price, to be submitted preferably as a pay order, bank guarantee or CDR in favour of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Sahiwal Division. The successful bidder's bid security will be retained as performance security and returned upon successful contract completion. All financial proposals must be inclusive of applicable taxes, and the bid validity period is 90 days from the submission deadline. Only complete and properly formatted proposals shall be considered for evaluation.
E-bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-PAD portal; submissions through any other means will be rejected. The closing date for bid submission is 29 June 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Model Cattle Market Arifwala office. After technical evaluation, financial proposals will be opened on a date to be announced subsequently.
