Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Food Authority invites bids for the procurement of cellular and internet services for a period of one year, extendable to a further two years. The estimated annual cost is PKR 20,000,000. This is a single stage two envelope bidding process for the supply and maintenance of cellular connectivity and internet services to support the Authority's operations across Punjab province. The contract may be renewed for two additional years at the same or negotiated rates, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement between the parties.
Eligible bidders must be registered cellular and internet service providers licensed to operate in Pakistan by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority. Bidders should demonstrate technical capability, financial stability, and proven experience in providing similar services to government or corporate entities. A bid security is required as per the bidding documents, and bidders must submit all necessary documents establishing their eligibility, qualification, and technical specifications.
Bid documents are available from the Punjab Food Authority and must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing technical proposals and financial proposals respectively. The deadline for bid submission is 29th June 2026, with bids to be received by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
