Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Waste Management Company invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, companies, and authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of repair and maintenance items for garbage containers. This national competitive bidding process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The tender is open to qualified bidders and will be managed by RWMC headquartered in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Bid documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the EPADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) immediately following publication.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms, or companies with authorized distributor status and must be registered with the Income Tax Department. Original bid security in hard copy form is required to be submitted at the RWMC Head Office located at 81-A/1, Iran Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, by the bid closing date and time. The bidding procedure follows a single-stage two-envelope system, ensuring transparent and competitive procurement in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
All bids must be duly completed, signed, and stamped in complete conformity with the bidding document and submitted online through the EPADS website. Technical bid opening will occur on the same day as the deadline through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives. Bid submission on the EPADS portal remains the sole responsibility of the bidder.
