Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Chiniot invites electronic bids from registered firms and companies for the hiring of vehicles for official usage of executives for office and site use on a six-month rental basis. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2,400,000. This procurement is conducted by WASA Chiniot, the water and sanitation authority serving Chiniot City Town in Punjab province. The contract scope covers provision of vehicles to support executive operations and field activities across the agency's jurisdiction in Chiniot.
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including PEC, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to the estimated price, submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Managing Director, Water and Sanitation Agency, Chiniot. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the e-bid submission deadline to the Tender Opening Committee at the Procurement Office.
Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 02:00 PM. Bidders are strongly advised to upload bids well before the submission deadline.
