Municipal Committee Mithi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the installation of cement paving blocks near Roshan Nathwani and Amoolakh Meghwar House Street in Mithi Town. This is a fixed price percentage rate tender contract with an estimated cost of Rs. 13,63,700 and completion period of 3 months. The work involves procurement and installation of cement paving blocks as per specifications, designs and drawings provided in the bidding document. The contract is issued under Scheme No: 01 and is applicable for contracts costing up to Rs. 3.0 million as per standard bidding document for procurement of works.
Bidders must submit evidence of eligibility including valid NTN registration with tax authorities, PEC registration where applicable, turnover statement and experience statement as specified in the Notice Inviting Tender. The bid security (Earnest Money) is required at 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 68,185. Security Deposit including Earnest Money is Rs. 68,185. An 8.0 percent Income Tax will be deducted from all bills submitted by the contractor. Bid documents cost Rs. 3000 per set and bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes referring the name and number of the work.
Interested bidders must obtain the complete bidding document including Schedule A and Schedule B from Municipal Committee Mithi. All bids must be submitted before the deadline specified in the Notice Inviting Tender. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened. Bid opening will be conducted as per date and time mentioned in NIT. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders as per provisions of SPP Rules 2012.
