The Punjab Building Department Central Zone invites pre-qualification applications from firms and contractors for comprehensive maintenance and repair works at Governor's House, Lahore during the financial year 2026-27. The scope encompasses eight major areas including the Prince Wing, Governor Wing, and Family Wing; Darbar Hall, Drawing/Dining Room, and Kitchen; main building verandhas, billiard room, main porch, main stairs, grey room, Talwar room, swimming pool, gym, and main ground; dairy farms, poultry farms, labour stores, zoo, and animal cages; security block, SDO office, telephone exchange, and police lines; guest houses, Masjid, community centre, and library; multiple administrative blocks and comptroller offices; and boundary walls, reception facilities, laundry plant, VIP garages, generator rooms, security lighting, and pavilion lake structures. Eligible applicants must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license renewed for the year 2026-27.
