Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for the provision and installation of window roller blinds at the Staff Cafeteria located at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The project involves supplying and installing roll-up window blinds of approved colour and specifications manufactured by Faber Denmark, featuring chain-operated operation with either Thermic or Protector fabric options. The total scope covers 361 square feet of net installed blind area including top and bottom channels. All hardware, wastage, lifting, cutting, fixing, and scaffolding are included in the quotation. The tender reference is RFQ-003799, issued on 15 June 2026 with a submission deadline of 22 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 12 noon at IBA Main Campus to enable bidders to assess site conditions and specifications. Quotations must include 18 percent General Sales Tax in the quoted rate, with payment measured on the basis of net installed blind area.
Bidders must be authorized dealers or suppliers of Faber Denmark roller blinds and possess necessary licenses to import, supply, and install window blind systems in Pakistan. Material quality will be subject to final inspection at delivery, and IBA reserves the right to reject any quotation or cancel orders if materials do not conform to specifications or if delivery is delayed. Liquidity damages at two percent per month will be imposed for delayed delivery. All applicable government taxes including income tax, stamp duty at 0.35 percent of the purchase order value, and levies will be charged as per applicable rates and SRO denominations. Advance payment is subject to furnishing a bank guarantee.
Quotation documents should be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, before 11:00 AM on 22 June 2026.
