Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the provision and supply of IT accessories under RFQ-003803-11630. The procurement includes memory card readers (UGREEN CM185 Multi Card Reader, 3 units), one external hard drive (Western Digital My Passport 1TB), memory cards (SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB, 4 units), USB cables (USB-A 3.0 Male to Male 2 Meter, 4 units), and a USB-C 11-in-1 docking station charging hub (1 unit). All items must be supplied with official warranty and meet the specified technical requirements. The delivery location is the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh Province.
The quotation must be submitted by 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. All material is subject to final inspection by the IBA ICT department, IBA stores, or end users at the time of delivery. IBA reserves the right to cancel any items if materials do not conform to specifications or if delivery is delayed. Liquidity damage at the rate of 2% per month will be imposed on delayed delivery. The rate per item is final and no changes will be accepted. Government taxes including income tax, levies, and charges will be applied as per applicable SRO rates. Stamp duty of 0.35% for goods against the total purchase order value will be levied accordingly.
Payment will be made within 30 working days through crossed cheque following receipt of invoice and delivery of items. All bids should be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi. Interested suppliers must contact the Purchase Department at telephone number 0322-3553032, Extension 2155. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons and may issue purchase orders for individual items to different lowest responsive bidders or for all items to a single lowest responsive bidder.
