Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (Real Estate Division) invites e-PADS bids for the annual operation, maintenance and servicing of Hyundai make lifts and elevators installed at State Life Buildings No. 1, 5, and 9 located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad under Tender No. SLIC/RE/ISB/LIFTS/04/2026. This is a single stage single envelope procurement process for essential lift maintenance services covering three buildings in the Federal Capital and Rawalpindi region. The contract scope includes routine operation, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and comprehensive servicing of all Hyundai elevators within the specified properties.
Bidders must be original authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in lift maintenance and servicing. All participating firms must be active tax payers, possess a proper office with verifiable contact details, hold a valid National Tax Number (N.T.N), and be duly registered with e-PADS, PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council), and FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) with inclusion on the ATL (Active Taxpayers List) and GST (General Sales Tax) register. Tenders without the required earnest money deposit in the form of a demand draft shall be summarily rejected.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical requirements, bill of quantities, and mandatory document checklists are available for free download from State Life's official website www.statelife.com.pk. All bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the tender documents and submitted exclusively through e-PADS portal on or before 30 June 2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 am.
