Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of 500 numbers of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) units designed for different capacity transformers as per Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026 (amended to date). The procurement is planned during the financial year 2025-26 with funds reserved from own resources and consumer finance. This is a national competitive bidding exercise conducted in accordance with Section 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended to date). The tender is open to all registered and pre-qualified suppliers and manufacturers of APMS that are registered or prequalified with HESCO, other DISCOs, NTDC, or GENCOs in Sindh province. The estimated bid security requirement is PKR 5,800,000, which must be issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan and submitted both digitally and in original form.
Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk to participate in the e-bidding process. The bid security must accompany all e-bids, with scanned copies uploaded on EPADS and original documents submitted physically. Eligible suppliers must meet the prequalification and registration requirements set by HESCO and affiliated power sector organizations. Duties and taxes applicable to the Government of Pakistan will be adjusted separately based on verifiable documentary evidence presented by the successful bidder.
Bid documents are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and on the HESCO website at www.hesco.gov.pk. The closing date and time for submission is 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Physical bid securities and original documents must be delivered to the Manager (Material Management), Room No. 237, 2nd Floor, WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad, Hyderabad on or before the closing date. The Grievance Redressal Committee notification constituted under Rule 48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is available on both EPADS and the HESCO official website.
