Description / Scope of Work
Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad (AIOU) invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items for IT stores under activity reference number 02/2026-27. This procurement activity is part of the university's planned procurement of various goods and non-consulting services during the financial year 2026/27. The goods are to be delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to AIOU Main Campus located in Sector H-8, Islamabad, Federal Province. The bidding process follows the Single Stage-One Envelope (1S1E) procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible suppliers must be duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are also required to be registered on the e-PADS platform. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the required amount in an acceptable form. The scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded through the e-PADS portal, while the original hardcopy in a sealed envelope must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline.
Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System website at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 1030 hours PST on 02 July 2026. The bid opening will take place at 1100 hours PST on the same date at the Meeting Room in the New ICT Building at AIOU Main Campus.
