Description / Scope of Work
The Environmental Protection Agency Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (EPA-KP) invites proposals from well-reputed consultancy firms to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the impacts of marble slurry on the aquatic ecosystem and environment in Mohmand, Buner and Mardan districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This consultancy assignment will examine the environmental consequences of marble processing waste in these regions and provide findings to support environmental protection initiatives. The procurement is conducted under the single-stage two-envelope method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested and eligible firms must possess valid registration with PEC or KPRA where applicable and must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue.
Eligible applicants should register on the EPADS portal before submitting bids and must hold appropriate professional credentials for environmental consultancy work. All proposals must be complete and unconditional; incomplete or conditionally submitted proposals will be rejected. Proposals containing any disfiguring, overwriting or manipulation will be liable to rejection. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duty and taxes including KPRA taxes will be recoverable as per Government directives. The Environmental Protection Agency reserves discretionary authority to reject any or all proposals without assigning reasons, though rejection justifications will be communicated upon request.
Interested firms must register on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and download the complete Request for Proposal documents from the same portal. Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS as well as in hard copy form to the EPA-KP Head Office in Peshawar on or before 06 July 2026 until 10:30 AM. Proposals will be accepted only if submitted through both EPADS and in hard form. The technical proposal will be opened publicly on 06 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. All proposals must be signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the firm.
