Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bannu, inviting electronic bids through EPADS for procurement and installation of equipment under the Access to Justice Development Fund (AJF/UDR) in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender notice covers two distinct projects: a 6 kilowatt solar system with lithium battery, solar panels, installation, testing, commissioning and DC earthing for the Court & Bar Tehsil Domail; and an all-in-one e-library solution for Courts & Bar Tehsil Domail comprising 30 computers with 30 minutes power backup, printers, scanners, air-conditioning units, water dispensers, television units and stationary. The procurement will follow the single stage, two envelopes bidding procedure under Rule 6(2)(b) of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax purposes and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ALT) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Interested contractors, manufacturers, service providers and their authorized dealers or representatives must submit electronic bids through EPADS on or before 30 June 2026 by 10:00 a.m. All necessary bid documents including detailed specifications and technical requirements can be downloaded from the EPADS system and the District Judiciary Bannu official website at https://banrudc.peshawarhighcourt.gov.pk/public/app. Bid security of 2 percent in the form of Crossed Demand Draft is required in the name of District & Sessions Judge Bannu / Chairman District Development Committee. Technical proposal opening will occur on the same day at 1:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or representatives. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29 June 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room of Judicial Complex, Bannu. Successful bidders must deposit 10 percent performance guarantee and supply items according to specifications within the stipulated period. Incomplete, ambiguous or conditional bids will not be considered. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all or any bids at any stage.
