Nai Zindagi NGO, in collaboration with partner sub-recipients, is implementing a Global Fund Grant (HIV) across 57 districts of Pakistan with the primary objective of scaling up comprehensive HIV prevention and harm reduction services to people who inject drugs (PWID), their families, and intimate partners. This invitation to bid seeks sealed bids from eligible service providers for Air Travel Services to support program delivery and operational requirements across the Federal region. The organization invites qualified suppliers to participate in this competitive bidding process to provide reliable air travel logistics essential for the HIV prevention initiative.
Eligible service providers must complete the online registration form available at the tender portal http://tender.naizindagi.com/ to participate. Only suppliers who have filled the online form will be considered for participation in the tender process. Bidders should ensure compliance with all submission requirements and possess relevant credentials for providing air travel services. Sealed and properly marked bids must reach the Nai Zindagi PR Office, Pakistan Trade Centre, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad by 6 July 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 6 July 2026 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the PR Office. The Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
