Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable travel agencies for the hiring of travel agency services for official travel arrangements under a closed framework agreement. The tender is issued under reference PCBDDA/PRO/TENDER/2026-27/03 and is open to bidding under the Request for Proposal process without negotiations following PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. Eligible travel agencies must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) certificate, and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and PRA. All bidders must submit PKR 200,000 as bid security in the form of an Original Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favour of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. The bid security shall remain valid for thirty days beyond bid validity and for one hundred twenty days overall. No bid shall be entertained without valid bid security as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024.
Bidders must submit sealed bids clearly marked "Hiring of Travel Agency for Official Travel Arrangements under Closed Framework Agreement" addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex, Old Walton Airport, near Naval Base, Lieutenant (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before August 17, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
