Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms for the installation of hybrid off-grid solarisation systems at courts located in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab. Three distinct projects are being procured under this tender: installation of hybrid off-grid solarisation for courts at the District Headquarters in Lot 1 with an estimated cost of Rs. 12,350,000, installation at the Sub-Division with an estimated cost of Rs. 6,650,000, and installation at the Sub-Division Malakwal in Lot 3 with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,700,000. The projects fall under category C3 and above with relevant code CE-01 as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must possess previous experience in specific fields including installation, sales tax, professional tax, PRA, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration valid for 2025-2026. The tender is open to firms with active income tax and sales tax registrations and valid Provincial Tax on Services registration under relevant authority.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must attach certificates of active income tax, sales tax, and Provincial Tax on Services registration with their bids. Prospective bidders are required to submit affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper regarding litigation history over the last ten years. The bid security amount is set at 10 percent of the total contract value and must be deposited as CDR or Bank Draft within five days after bid submission. In case of false information, fake CDR, unsigned or unstamped bids, the contract will be disqualified as per PPRA Rules and the bidder will not be eligible to participate in future tenders of the District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin.
E-bid proposals must be submitted on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) before the closing date of 29 June 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bid documents are available for download from EPADS as well as from the PPRA website and the official court website. Bids will be received electronically on the same closing date at 10:30 A.M. unless declared a public holiday, with the next working day considered if applicable. Bidders can obtain further information from the office of the undersigned or through the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.
