The Municipal Committee Mustafabad in Mustafabad, Punjab invites public bids through an open auction for the collection rights of multiple municipal revenue streams for the fiscal period 2026-2027. The scope of procurement encompasses four distinct lots: management of the local stand parking fee contract, operations of the slaughterhouse fee collection, management of the general advertisement fee collection, and operations of the cattle pound collection rights. Executed in compliance with the Punjab Local Government Auction of Collection Rights Rules 2016 and the Punjab Local Government Collection of Fee Rules 2018, all participating contractors or firms must be registered under the valid categories. Interested participants are required to submit an earnest money deposit via demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank matching the exact reserve price conditions specified for each individual lot. The formal public auction is scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM on 20 June 2026 at the office of the Municipal Committee Mustafabad, under the supervision of the Chief Officer and Administrator.
