Description / Scope of Work
The Secretariat of Council of Common Interests (CCIS) invites pre-qualification bids from workshops, firms and vendors registered with Sales Tax or Income Tax Departments and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for procurement of repair, maintenance and related services during the Financial Year 2026-27. The pre-qualified vendors must have their own offices, stock and manpower with expertise based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. This pre-qualification exercise covers multiple service categories including repair and maintenance of official vehicles, firms and vendors for maintenance of transport, machinery and equipment, computer hardware and software, and IT equipment of the Secretariat, with estimated value up to Rs.500,000 in terms of Rule 42 of PPRA Rules 2004 as amended. The procurement is being undertaken in accordance with Rule-15 read with Rule 42(a) and (b) of PPRA Rules, 2004 as amended from time to time.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Sales Tax or Income Tax Departments and maintain active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Prospective vendors are required to register themselves on the PPRA-EPMS system at https://epms.ppra.gov.pk and submit all pre-qualification documents through this electronic platform. No manual bids or hard copies will be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004 as amended.
Bidding documents will be collected from 15-06-2026 to 30-06-2026 through the PPRA e-Publish and Monitoring System (PPRA-EPMS). The public opening of bids is scheduled for 30-06-2026 at 3:00 PM in Room No. 534, 5th Floor, Kohsar Block, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
