Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity under the PSW Act 2021, invites bids for the hiring of travel agency services through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's e-Procurement (EPADS) portal. This procurement is open to travel agencies registered with international and relevant authorities such as the International Air Transportation Association (IATA). The scope encompasses comprehensive travel arrangements and related services required by PSW in Islamabad, Federal Province. Interested firms must register electronically on EPADS to participate in this tender process and access all bidding documents and specifications.
Prospective bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS and should meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit bid security declarations as specified and comply with all technical and financial submission requirements. Clarifications on bidding documents may be requested until 22 June 2026. All bids must be prepared strictly in accordance with the tender instructions and submitted electronically through EPADS with the mandatory bid securing declaration attached.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement methodology, bid submission procedures, evaluation criteria, performance guarantees, and other pertinent information are accessible through the EPADS portal or downloaded from the PSW website at https://www.psw.gov.pk/documents/tenders. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS on or before 02 July 2026 at 15:00 hours, with bid securing declarations sent to the procurement department via email at procurement@psw.gov.pk before the technical bid opening deadline. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 15:30 hours. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall apply.
