Description / Scope of Work
The Power Information Technology Company (PITC), operating under the Ministry of Energy Power Division of the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from potential dealing firms for the acquisition of internet bandwidth from a Tier-1 Internet Service Provider. This procurement initiative aims to enhance the digital infrastructure and connectivity capabilities of the organization in Lahore, Punjab. The tender encompasses the supply and provisioning of high-quality internet bandwidth services meeting enterprise-grade specifications. A pre-bid conference will be held on 18 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the PITC Conference Room located in the Aiwan-e-Iqbal complex on Edgerton Road, Lahore, providing an opportunity for potential bidders to seek clarification on tender requirements and technical specifications.
Eligible bidders must be potential dealing firms with demonstrated experience in providing tier-1 internet bandwidth services. A tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be deposited in Ground Floor Building #3 of the Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Lahore. All bids must be accompanied by appropriate bid security as per tender document requirements. Interested firms must possess the necessary credentials and technical capacity to deliver services in accordance with government procurement standards.
Technical and financial bids shall be received until 6 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with both bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the PITC Conference Room in Lahore.
