Pakistan Navy invites sealed tenders and quotations from registered firms, companies, oil marketing companies (OMCs), and individuals for renting out Category A Land activities at NHS Commercial Mauripur, located adjacent to Northern Bypass Karachi in Sindh province. The available commercial opportunities span seven distinct facilities totalling approximately 26.33 acres: retail offices (6.33 acres), hospitals (2.44 acres), restaurant and food chain (3.64 acres), amusement park (4.78 acres), shopping mall (4.78 acres), marquee and event facility (1.84 acres), and petrol pump (1.66 acres). Prospective bidders must be registered entities or individuals capable of undertaking commercial operations at this strategic naval location.
Eligible participants must submit sealed tenders by 30 June 2026 at 11:00 hours. A security deposit equivalent to four to six months' rent must be deposited at the time of contract signing. The tender notice reserves the right of the Officer Commanding to accept or reject any or all bids on technical grounds, with decisions communicated to reputed firms and individuals upon request.
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours. All submissions received after the deadline will be cancelled and not entertained.
