Lahore General Hospital invites sealed tenders from financially sound, income tax and sales tax registered firms for the Repair and Maintenance of biomedical equipment and items. The procurement comprises three main items: R&M of Olympus Endoscopy Systems with all related probes estimated at Rs. 9,350,500; R&M of Color Doppler Ultrasound Machines including Esaote Model Mylab-50X Seven S.A. models 2003.34, 2003.35, 2003.36, 2003.37, 2003.38 and 4576 for Radiology, Gynae and Medical Unit-III estimated at Rs. 6,534,570; and R&M of Printers and Refilling of Toners for various departments estimated at Rs. 1,800,000. The total estimated cost is Rs. 17,685,070. Tenders are invited for works to be conducted at Lahore General Hospital, located in Punjab province, in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 following the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Intending bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and must obtain detailed bid documents from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority PPRA website or the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System e-PADS. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated value of quoted items shall be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. The original Bid Security must be delivered to Lahore General Hospital before the bid closing time. A Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value shall be furnished in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through e-PADS on the same day as opening, which shall occur electronically on 07-07-2026 at 11:30 AM. The last date and time for submission of tenders is 07-07-2026 at 11:00 AM.
