Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites electronic bids from well-resourced experienced and professional entities registered with C-6 and above category, active taxpayers with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments to submit bids on EPADS for the construction of mumty's at the office and pavilion building and fixing of granite skirting at ground floor at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Punjab. This single-stage one-envelope procurement project involves detailed construction and finishing work at a major cricket facility. The Electronic Request for Proposal containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available on the Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
Bidders must be C-6 registered category entities and active taxpayers with relevant tax departments. The procurement process follows Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 with a Grievance Redressal Committee constituted for subject procurement. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the procurement process at any time prior to acceptance of a bid in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 am on 6 July 2026. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids submitted on EPADS will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am on EPADS.
