Description / Scope of Work
The Hydrology and Research Directorate of WAPDA invites sealed bids for the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of telemetry stations and stream gauging stations at Attabad Lake Hydro Power Project in Punjab Province. This procurement is funded under FY 2026-27 allocations and covers eligible payments under the contract for equipment installation and commissioning services. The scope encompasses procurement of civil works and related equipment for hydrological monitoring infrastructure at the project site.
Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal and comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft or bank guarantee as specified in bidding documents. Single Stage-One Envelope method will be adopted following Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Authority regulations and procurement guidelines. All bidders are required to obtain themselves registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 2, 2026 by 02:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM. Manual bid submission is not entertained.
