The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi is seeking quotations for the hiring of a digital agency to provide comprehensive Digital Media Services under a framework contract arrangement. The procurement covers full-spectrum digital marketing services including strategy development, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content creation. The agency will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, strengthening admissions, and increasing engagement across IBA Corporate, respective schools, and centers located in Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work encompasses digital strategy development, audience identification, social media kit creation, weekly and monthly analytics reporting, monthly content calendar design, and regular training sessions on digital trends and emerging technologies.
The digital agency must demonstrate substantial experience in digital marketing business with a portfolio of noteworthy campaigns executed for different clients in the past two years. Bidders are required to submit detailed evidence including lists of ads developed, proof of media release, project descriptions with corresponding dates, and documented outcomes of previous campaigns on company letterhead. The quotation must include a detailed budget breakdown comprising agency fees with applicable taxes, advertising spend allocations, and all associated costs. Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi by 22 June 2026 at 12:00 AM. Payment will be made through crossed cheque following receipt of invoices and delivery completion. All applicable government taxes, levies, and charges will be added as per relevant SRO rates, with stamp duty at 0.35% levied on the total purchase order value.
