Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms and contractors for development of unit-based frame rates for deployment and maintenance of Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber, Copper, and GPON (Fiber-to-the-Home) networks across five telecom regions in the North Zone: Islamabad Telecom Region (ITR), Rawalpindi Telecom Region (RTR), Northern Telecom Region-I (NTR-I), Northern Telecom Region-II (NTR-II), and Hazara Telecom Region (HTR). The regional framework contracts will be signed for a period of three years from contract signing date on a demand basis, with PTCL issuing purchase orders to contracted vendors on need basis throughout the contract duration.
Eligible and experienced firms must submit sealed bids with separate technical and commercial proposals as instructed in tender documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of CDR or DD in the name of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited. All rates must be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST. Bidders are required to be experienced in OSP network infrastructure and should meet PTCL's technical and financial eligibility criteria as detailed in the tender documents.
Tender documents can be obtained on or before 26 June 2026 by sending a request email to Marrium.awan@ptclgroup.com during office hours with vendor name, valid contact number, email address, and office address. The queries submission deadline is 29 June 2026. A pre-bid session will be conducted on 2 July 2026. Bids must be submitted by 6 July 2026 at the PTCL Regional Procurement office in Islamabad.
