Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited invites sealed bids in Pakistani Rupees on DDP basis inclusive of all applicable taxes for the upgradation of power setup at Malach Earth Station on a turnkey basis. This procurement is issued under tender reference PROC.4-1/2/070526/4738 and encompasses the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an upgraded power infrastructure system at the Malach Earth Station facility located in Federal territory. The scope of work includes all materials, labour, equipment and services necessary to complete the power setup upgradation project as per PTCL's detailed requirements and technical specifications.
Interested bidders must be registered vendors with PTCL and possess a valid Vendor Registration Code to participate. Bids shall be submitted in two stages: technical proposals first, followed by commercial bids from only technically qualified bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or similar instrument in the name of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited HQ Islamabad, equivalent to PKR 0.3 million, valid for six months from issuance date. Bank guarantees and CDRs are not acceptable as bid security. All bidders must be first-class or scheduled banks located in Pakistan.
Bid submission shall exclusively occur through the SAP Ariba platform; interested parties may request participation invitations via email to the procurement team. The deadline for bid submission is 29 June 2026 before 12:00 hours. Bids must be clearly marked with the RFP reference number and project title.
