UNDP Pakistan is hiring an individual consultant to serve as a Strategic Advisor to the National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR). This is an individual contractor position managed through UNDP's procurement portal system. The assignment is based in Pakistan and involves a total of 175 working days spread over a 12-month contract period commencing from the date of contract signature. The role requires strategic advisory support to strengthen institutional capacity and human rights programming at the national level.
Candidates must possess relevant expertise in human rights, strategic planning, or institutional development. The procurement process follows UNDP standards and requires submission through the new supplier portal system known as UNDP Quantum. All interested bidders must register or access their existing supplier profiles through the designated portal. Clarifications regarding the tender must be submitted in writing using the messaging functionality within the portal, and UNDP will respond without identifying the source of inquiry.
Proposals must be submitted directly in the portal no later than 30 June 2026 at 06:00 AM New York time. Bidders can create a draft response to receive notifications of any tender amendments.
