Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech, located in Karachi, Sindh, invites applications for registration as local suppliers and vendors. This is an open registration process for companies and individuals seeking to be enlisted in the approved vendor list of SZABIST ZABTech. The registration covers a comprehensive range of categories including laboratory equipment, IT equipment, office furniture, printing and advertisement services, travel and ticketing, culinary tools, hair and beauty supplies, automobile maintenance tools, welding and electrical equipment, fashion designing tools, HVAC services, generator and air conditioning maintenance, stationery and general items, insurance services, vehicle repair and maintenance, courier services, infrastructure upgradation, consultancy services, hotel and restaurant services, janitorial services, plumbing and electrification work, machinist tools, solar installation, uniforms and stitching, and window blinds among others.
To be eligible for registration, applicants must provide proof of company registration with the relevant authority, valid sales tax registration certificate, income tax registration certificate, national taxation number, membership with local chamber of commerce, and detailed documentation of current enlistment with public sector or government organizations if applicable. Applicants must submit an affidavit confirming no litigation or suits against the company in any court of law in Pakistan. Applicants are required to disclose all relevant business and financial information including ownership details, bank account information, and a list of clients served in the previous three years along with copies of purchase orders for verification purposes.
Applications must be submitted in complete form with all required documents to the Procurement Office of SZABIST ZABTech, Ground Floor Sheikh Sultan Trust Building, Beaumont Road, Civil Lines, Karachi. The SZABIST ZABTech reserves the right to accept or reject any application for registration without assigning any reason thereof, and reserves the right to verify all submitted declarations with concerned government agencies. Incomplete applications missing required information will not be processed.
