Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Management, Quaid-E-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of Umrah service to facilitate four persons for a 15-day Umrah package. This tender is being issued in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014, as amended to date, following a single stage one envelope procedure. The scope of work includes complete Umrah service provision including flights, accommodation, transportation, and religious guidance for the specified period. The project is located at the Board of Management, Quaid-E-Azam Industrial Estate in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered travel agents with IATA certification and hold a valid government license from the Government of Pakistan for Hajj and Umrah services. Prospective bidders must possess Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration for Income Tax and Pakistan Revenue Authority (PRA) registration for Sales Tax, with their names appearing on the Active Tax Payers List. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD system at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk in compliance with procurement regulations. Bids that are not processed through the E-PAD system will be automatically rejected.
Complete bids including basic evaluation required documents and financial proposal must be submitted online before 03:00 PM on 30 June 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM at the office of the Senior Estate Manager, 169-A/5, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate (Kot Lakhpat), Lahore.
