The Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites bids from firms and contractors registered with EPADs for the repair of a 630-KVA transformer installed near Gate No. 3 at Greater Iqbal Park in Lahore, Punjab. This e-tendering notice is issued under open E-Tendering System following Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 2014. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 10,14,830 with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 20,300. The completion time period is 15 days. The transformer repair includes H.T Coil, L.T Coil, transformer oil, drain charges, repair of body, painting work, and all related labour charges complete in all respects.
Eligible contractors registered from EPADS can participate in this procurement. Two percent bid security must be submitted as per the requirements. All rates quoted must include all applicable taxes and exclude PST at 16%. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of up to 10 percent of the quoted amount in the form of bank guarantee from a scheduled bank before contract signing, as per clause 56 of PPRA Rules 2014. Conditional bids will not be entertained.
Bidders can download and print bidding documents from the EPAD or PPRA website and must submit their bids electronically via EPAD after quoting rates itemwise. Financial bids may be uploaded on EPAD upto 01:00 P.M on 02-07-2026, with bids opening on the same date at 01:30 P.M in the presence of the procuring committee of Horticulture Agency Lahore. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from schedule banks must be submitted in the office of the Director Engineering before 01:00 P.M on the closing date.
