Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites sealed bids for the repair and overhauling of a 15 cusec vertical pump at Suraj Miai Disposal Station in Multan, Punjab. This is a single stage two envelope tender with an estimated cost of Rs 2,487,462 and a completion period of 15 days. The tender reference is No.212/DW/WASA dated 15-06-2024. The work is to be executed at the Suraj Miai Disposal Station, which falls under the Disposal Stations Division of WASA Multan.
Only engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-PADS website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The bid security or earnest money must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from Bank of Punjab (BOP) in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan at 2 percent of the estimated cost, equivalent to Rs 49,749. All tenders shall be submitted through the e-PADS portal only; hard copies will not be accepted. Bidders must upload the earnest money CDR at least 30 minutes prior to the bid submission deadline and also submit the original CDR in a sealed envelope to the Head Clerk, Office of the Deputy Director Disposal Stations Division at Sameejabad near Sabzi Mandi, Multan, by 11:00 AM on the submission deadline.

Technical bids must be submitted on or before 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, and technical bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM the same day. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Bidders may attend the office of the Director Works WASA at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, WASA Head Office Multan on 30 June 2026 at 11:30 AM. All procurement shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
