Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power PVT. Ltd (QASPL), operating under the Energy Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites bids from qualified contractors for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and one year operation and maintenance of solar systems at multiple buildings within the Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park located in Bahawalpur, Punjab. This comprehensive project encompasses the complete delivery of rooftop or ground-mounted photovoltaic installations including all necessary equipment, civil works, electrical integration and performance guarantees to meet the employer's renewable energy requirements.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in solar power projects, possess valid business registration, hold necessary technical certifications from recognized bodies, and meet financial viability criteria as specified in the tender documents. Contractors must provide proof of technical competence, evidence of previous similar installations, and comply with all regulatory requirements of the Government of the Punjab. A bid security in the prescribed amount must accompany the technical proposal to ensure commitment and performance.
Complete bid documents are available from the QASPL office located at 3rd Floor, 83A-E1, Gulberg III, Main Boulevard, Lahore. Bidders must submit sealed technical proposals and financial proposals separately by the closing date of June 30, 2026. The technical proposal should include design documents, equipment specifications, methodology, project schedule and relevant certifications. All bids will be evaluated on technical merit followed by financial comparison of qualified proposals.
