Description / Scope of Work
The Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB) is procuring a subscription service for Kaspersky Antivirus covering 180 licenses for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. The procurement is classified as Open Competitive Bidding and is registered under the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The project is located in Islamabad Capital Territory at the PPIB headquarters in the Emigration Tower, Ground and 2nd Floor, Plot 10, G-8 Mauve Area.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Eligible bidders should review the technical specifications provided in Annex-I and comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement follows standard guidelines regarding integrity pacts, performance guarantees, and undertakings for blacklisting.
Electronic bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before June 30, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with electronic bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
